Where Innovation, Material Futures, and Sustainability Converge
The GCCI Gujarat Sustainability Summit 2026 brought together industry leaders, innovators, policymakers, and sustainability professionals in Ahmedabad to drive conversations around responsible growth, circular innovation, and the future of sustainable business in Gujarat, India.
Centred around the idea of integrating purpose with progress, the summit became a platform for meaningful dialogue on ESG, climate-conscious manufacturing, material innovation, and scalable sustainable solutions across industries. Through panel discussions, exhibitions, and collaborative networking, the event highlighted the growing shift toward actionable sustainability and future-focused business practices.
EcoLattice x Shakyam at the Exhibition
As part of the exhibition, EcoLattice and Shakyam came together through a shared exploration of how future-facing spaces can emerge from both indigenous knowledge systems and material innovation.
The installation combined Shakyam’s pastoral wool traditions, handcrafted felt, and woven surfaces with EcoLattice’s recycled and 3D-printed material systems, including panels, facades, and furniture applications. Together, the display created a dialogue between craft, technology, circularity, and the evolving language of sustainable architecture and interiors.
Bridging Craft and Contemporary Manufacturing
Rooted in material experimentation and responsible design, both brands brought distinct yet complementary perspectives to the collaboration.
By bridging handcrafted processes with contemporary manufacturing and sustainable material thinking, Shakyam and EcoLattice presented a vision where tradition and innovation coexist, shaping thoughtful, future-oriented spaces for the built environment.
